Training objective

The TAILORED training is composed of modules and topics chosen by the client. The schedule of training can be adjusted to match more accurately the dispatcher operating manual (OM-D). For experienced FOO/FD, training includes only selected topics (RECURRENT training).

Participants of the training obtain

  • Individually focused training needed to perform FOO / FD by the operator.
Based on the specific requirements of the client, the instruction is more focused, saving time for training, and the participant is able to understand better and earlier the specifics of the operator and context with operations. During Reccurent training the participants obtain:
  • An expert skills which are necessary to retain and maintain the validity of FOO/FD qualification based on the legislative requirements imposed on the operator.
